I Love My New Wacom Tablet

One of the best new programs that I bought is Corel Painter which works hand in hand with my new Wacom Drawing Tablet. I have experimented with converting my photographs to paintings. Painter allows me to apply a natural medial look to photos by drawing on brush strokes onto my photos. This is different than a Photoshop filter that is applied to a photo because I have greater control over how the image will ultimately look. This is just what I needed to reconnect with my drawing and painting that I have been missing for years.

Life is kind of funny. It seems that if you wait long enough, it will repeat itself. I met Michelle many years ago when she was just a young teenager and now she has a tiny baby of her own. People 2 Class at ShowCase School of Photography

I am never one to rest on my laurels (as my old Latin teacher would say). So, for the next six weeks, I and my wife, Jenny, will be taking another portrait class from the Showcase School of Photography.
